Birthday Party

Yesterday, we had a birthday party for Sheils.

It was pretty simple. People came over for dinner. Then we headed over to Dave n Busters to hang out.

I would like to thank all of those who came and have gave sheila some of the most thoughtful presents.
Thank you for those who also gave her the cards and the love.

Ended up being a real fun night. Happy that she enjoyed her birthday.

I ended up demagnetizing my dave n busters gold card. So I have to call and get a new one. DAMN MAGNETIC MONEY CLIPS.

we now have officially 4 more days till Thanksgiving. Still can't believe how fast this year has been going.

I've been playing the hell out of Halo 2. got my ranking up from a 1 to a 6 in the last week. Trying to get it higher..but it's getting harder and harder. Just have to keep playing it. Fun as hell though.
Splitting my time between that and Metal Gear 3 now.

today we went to a baby shower for our friends al and shelly. We've only been hanging with them for a short period, but i'm glad to know that they're great friends. They have a real cool name for their son. Anakin Jarrell (jor-el really, but they wanted it spelled different...same meaning though) Askew. I really like that name.

once again everybody. Thanks for making my baby's birthday a happy one.

Happy Birthday Sheils

I have met a few people that have an immediate impact on my life.

Sheila is definitely the top person. Because of her I became a more confident, outgoing, and most importantly happier person. I can never be sad about life and I can never say that life bites, because I know that as long as she's here i'm happy.

On my wedding day, during the ceremony when i saw her walking down the aisle. I couldn't hold back my tears and had to cry. She was the most beautiful person and I was just so happy that we were going to be together forever.

She is now 28, and still looks the same from when she was 18 when we met. In fact...we both look the same. In fact, we both look like each other.

She's gotten her birthday wishes, she's missing some. Even though she got alot of cool gifts and lot of great greetings, it's always been the acknowledgement of the birthday that was important to her. Which is an endearing quality. Most people care for the gifts. She just cares for the friendships. That's why I love her.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY BABY. You are easily the most beautiful person in the world. Don't let anybody ever tell you different.

Thank you for being you.

1 year for the house

Today marks 1 year since we've bought the house.

Amazing how fast a year goes by. Really surprises me actually.
Realized how much has gone on in the past year.

From people getting married, including myself.
To people having children, like the agustins, the diao's...my brother.

The holidays this year are very important to me, especially since this is the first year I get to celebrate them with Sheila as my wife.
We're just trying to figure out exactly what we're trying to do about our families.

Either way, it's going to be real cool.

Ah...great CD's to pick up. DeLaSoul: The Grind Date and the Roots: Tipping Point.

just so some of you know....halo 2 party the saturday after thanksgiving. If you're interested just leave a comment with your email address so i can send you an evite.

Talk to you later.

Saturday

It's been 4 days since the release of Halo 2. I've been playing online most of the time...with maybe a couple of trips on single player.

I realized that i'm not that good in the deathmatches...but that's because i'm getting used to some of the changes in the system. Since the changes affected the way i fought in the deathmatches.

One more week till Sheila's birthday. We both got the day off, so that should be pretty fun to hang out that day. Pretty much have a day planned, so it's just a matter of all of it coming into play.

Alright...has anybody else been captivated by watching the real world road rules challenge: battle of the sexes. probably not, but it's just funny that here are all of these people, that don't have jobs...but still hold onto their 15 minutes of fame. Sadder thing is...I'M STUCK WATCHING IT.

maria has a couple of days left with her job. She's pretty happy she's leaving...and so am i...she's just very trapped in that position...and she really needs to do something that makes her happy...especially since she's in australia. No other time than now to do that.

well, i'm off to play some more halo 2.

talk to you guys later.

New Nephew

My new nephew. Chinsen Huang Guiao was born today.

He looks like both of his parents. Then again, with both of his parents being asian. It's kinda hard to tell at this point.
Either way, he's a beautiful little boy.

Congrats to Cary and Kim.
